Last time

After replaying my last video, I decided to make another one because the sound and images weren't working for me. Now, I've decided to make this one my final.

Final Cut Sound Video

Rough Cut Sketch #3

Rough Cut Sketch #1

What I'm doing next

I'm going to go to the pier that located between on the dead end St. of Buffalo and Water st. I will start recording on the winding steel thing and then wind my way down and end at Water St. and Erie St. The pier is the place were I was able to find more sounds and pictures while on my two treks. What I want to do is take pictures of ONLY shadows and text that's not legible. In order to do that, the pier has actual visual points of billboards, and signs that I can use. It also has light sources as there's a bar and housing in that area.
In terms of sound, I will focus more on the pier itself along with any trails that I find next to the pier.

Ten Questions

Looking at what I want to do with this blog, I've started thinking about what I want to do for my 3rd trek.

1. Are there any alleys or places near the pier that have unique sound qualities?
2. Is there a way that I can capture the sounds of the nearby street AND the water?
3. Where is the highest point that I can shoot and record sounds from?
4. Where can I find the most interesting sound on the pier?
5. What places on the pier have I overlooked?
6. Are there any places where one can make a complete 180 degree turn and be cast in light and darkness?
7. What sounds can I record from near the pier that have never been heard before?
8. Is there enough light in order to capture the shadows successfully?
9. Are there any places that have sounds that people disregard? ( Like tree branches being blown in the wind, bridge noises.)
10. What can I do with the pier and bridges overlooking the water?
